Calendar & Upcoming Events

Board meetings take place at 6 pm on the third Monday of every other month, except the November meeting will be held on the second Monday of the month.  All board meetings will be held at the United Way of Miami-Dade, Conference Room A, 3250 SW 3rd Avenue (Ansin Building), in Miami.

Issue forums will be held on alternate months at dates, times and locations to be determined, except that there will be no issue forum in December.

  • Monday, September 19, 2011 – 6 PM – Regular Board meeting
  • Friday, October 21, 2011 – 6 PM – City of Miami Commission Candidates Forum, Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive
  • Monday, November 14, 2011 – 6 PM – Regular Board meeting
  • December 2011 – LWV Holiday Party (date, place & time to be determined)
  • Monday, January 23, 2012 – 6 PM – Regular Board meeting
  • February 2012 – Hot Topic Event (date, place, time and topic to be determined)
  • Monday, March 19, 2012 – 6 PM – Regular Board meeting
  • April 2012 – Hot Topic Event (date, place, time and topic to be determined)
  • May 2012 – Annual Meeting (date, place and time to be determined)
